ABSTRACT:
Rain and flooding (both inland and coastal) have become more severe. More moisture, stronger storms, slower-moving storms, plus continuing urbanization are the causes. Even with actions to reduce greenhouse gases, there is more warming “in the pipeline”. So, how much more trouble do we need to plan for?

Has specialized in severe weather of all types in his 50+ years as a meteorologist. After seeing obvious changes in climate, he has been writing about the impact of climate change for over a decade on extreme weather-now and in the future.
